Im ruhigen abgeschlossenen Innenhof werden Sie maximal entspannen können. Im Haus stehen Ihnen fünf Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie eine Sauna zur Verfügung. Im Hof befindet sich ein überdachter Grillplatz.

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
