There is a boat ramp in the subdivision for your use. All bedding and bath towels are included. Kitchen is fully equipped, direct tv on 3 large flat screen TVs. Gas grill we provide the propane, custom built in bonfire pit just steps from the water. Hot tub that overlooks the Cove, private outdoor shower. We now have WIFI!

A full size air mattress or pack in play is available upon request (if needed). A 2nd full bath is centrally located next to the open kitchen and living area.
