Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. Please let us know if you require a double bed and 2 singles or 4 singles to be made up, thank you.

The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.

A cottage set in the idyllic Welsh countryside. The open plan kitchen/diner leads through to a seating area with wood burning stove. A separate downstairs lounge contains the original oven/stove and has a large window seat providing beautiful views across the valley. Aberdar is perfect for getting away from it all and provides a great base for walking, bird watching or exploring the picturesque counties of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

A double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and a kitchen area equipped with fridge, hobs, toaster and microwave. Pod is located in a field on a working farm, where animals can be seen from the comfort of your bed. No tv as the peacefulness of the towy valley is enough. The river cothi runs through the field and offers beautiful walks. Portable DVD player and a selection of dvds available. Wood fired hot tub. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

Our Y Stabl cottage is located in scenic countryside, only a 25-min drive away from the beautiful West Wales coast and the Ceredigion Coastal Path, a 60 mile long trail. Please note, we allow up to two well-behaved dogs (no other pets), if you would like to bring your best friend(s) along.
