The Nest is privately located overlooking our farm & highlands. It's rustic & glamorous with small touches that make it unique. The Nest sleeps four (second bed is a double futon) & has full cooking & washroom facilities. It's equipped with a wood stove, fridge, BBQ, & solar lights. The outdoor washroom in the pines offers both an on-demand hot shower (summer only) & a composting toilet. The farm has plenty of activities for our guests to enjoy. N.S. Raspberry Cottage has a 17th century Scandinavian log style with a newly renovated interior, library, free berry and orchard picking, and a hiking path on 150 acres. Proximity to puffin tours, fishing, golf, the Cabot Trail, the Nfld ferry, cultural experiences, and on the way to PEI. Wifi, tv, coffee beans, tea, charcoal and propane grills, and logs for an outdoor fire circle are included. 4 star rated by Canada Select. Bright, spacious, open concept living space with 10-foot ceilings. Main level bedroom and 2nd level loft, which has three single beds and half bath. The loft is very spacious and has ample headspace. Surround deck with glass. Excellent location close to amenities and festivals. Great place to get away from it all ..peaceful. The private beach is a hidden gem.

We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.
