This 19C Farm labourers cottage is now a stylishly furnished and comfortable home, perfect for couples and a pet. Downstairs is a comfortable sofa and arm chair for lounging in front of the TV and fire. There is a well equipped galley kitchen. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower over bath. Also the bedroom which has a Kingsize (5ft wide) bed with feather duvet and pillows and crisp White Company sheets. One dog is welcome ( fee applies) with own bed and must not go on furniture or upstairs.

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

The Annexe is a self-contained space situated in our family garden in Tadcaster. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but within a 5-minute walk to restaurants, pubs and local amenities such as supermarket, swimming pool and leisure facilities. A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. Private parking is available at the property.

No. 3 Alice's Cottage - Hot tub in private garden

A warm welcome to Alice's cottage which is part of Priory Holiday Cottages, self-catering holiday cottage. Built on the historical site of Syningthwaite the cottages are named as such because of their close proximity to the Syningthwaite Priory. Each cottage is named after a Prioress that ruled the Priory during its life time. Alice's cottage is a spacious cottage which has its own private garden and BBQ. A hot tub can be added to the booking for £75 per stay.

Station Cottage

The property is a beautiful maisonette at Station House, an iconic grade 2 listed former railway station built in 1841 .The history of the building can still clearly be seen; indeed your accommodation is in the old waiting rooms overlooking the station platform. Tours of the rest of the site may be available on request, including the old goods shed. Guests have access to the public footpath/cycle way adjacent to the property along the old railway line.

Enjoy staying at our charming Georgian cottage in leafy Roundhay, a 10 minute car ride from the centre of Leeds. There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. The Gables (LS24 8DP) is a 3 bedroom Edwardian villa in a quiet part of Tadcaster, ideally situated between York (9 miles) and Leeds (14 miles) and close to many popular wedding venues. Holidaymakers and workers are equally welcome. Parking is on the lane right outside. For those wanting to visit York, the Park and Ride at Askham Bar is 10 minutes away and a better option than parking in York. The Gables is not wheelchair friendly.
