This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden

Our home comes with a comfy King size bed, 2 twin size beds and also a pullout couch in the living room. The Lay-Z-livin’ condos is located centrally in the Bradenton Beach community, 5 min car ride from the famous Bridge Street and Coquina public beaches. There is also beach access located directly across the street. Pool hours are 8a-10pm.

Unit 2 Ground floor;800 sq ft; patio; limited beach view . Steps to the white sandy beach across the street Free parking to registered guest. Fully equipped kitchen with markets nearby, Restaurants and shopping, within walking or hop free trolly. Trolly stop nearby. Linens and basic supplies are included. Overnight guest are welcome to arrive early to adventure the island, stay parked until after sunset on departure day.
