We live in a separate house next door and share a large backyard. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath 1973 mobile home has been thoughtfully updated. It includes a backyard deck and comes fully furnished, with all of your day-to-day appliances and living accessories provided. We require an every-other-week cleaning that is included in the price.

The Kitchenette offers a ref, Coffee press, air fryer oven, induction burner, micro. It’s on a private rd 10 min. to dwntwn & airport. The yard is partially fenced. 2 mi from Bridger & Gallatin vet. We allow well behaved dogs for a $50 cleaning fee, please mark pet. My son offers a 7 seat SUV for rent, inquire.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Trout Way Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy all of the close hiking and walking trails with Bridger Ski Resort 15 minutes away. Musuem of the Rockies is only a 5 minute drive while all the East Main Bozeman dining/shopping locations are nearby as well. This small cottage is very comfortable and quiet while having all the necessary amenities. It has a California King size bed and a queen size futon for sleeping comfortably.
