It is considered a ski-in/walk-out condo, as you can ski right back to the building (weather permitting), however you do have a short walk out to the Boyneland run. It includes all of the amenities that Boyne Mountain has to offer (additional costs my be required), including skiing/snowboarding, tubing, waterpark, restaurants, tennis courts, 2 golf courses, Deer Lake beach access with boat rentals, etc.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bed, 680 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4 and is located in Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resort. Features a full kitchen, electric fireplace, in unit laundry, and private deck with stunning Lake Bellaire sunset views. You'll be in the heart of Shanty Creek! It's only a short walk to the Summit Golf Course & Shanty Town. You will have access to the beach club on Lake Bellaire and the Snowshoe outdoor pool. As of March 2026, resort pool access is no longer included.

This desirable condo is perfect for 4 guests and two children, and conveniently located just a few blocks from Lake Charlevoix making it the perfect vacation spot! It offers a quiet setting, while also being situated 1.5 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Castle Farms, and only two blocks from Ferry Beach. If you're looking to bring your boat, the condo has parking space available for a trailer and is two blocks from the public launch ramp. This is a smoke-free condo association.

Downhill is a studio condo outfitted with a Queen bed and a twin pull out sofa. The white hotel linens are provided during your stay as well as bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. You will also find the kithenette stocked with items to prep a quick meal. There are dishes for 4, cups, plates, bowls and silverware and a compact refigerator. This is the smaller lock off condo which is part of Hilltop (sleeps 10). Ask about our other rentals should you need more space
