Our 5 bedroom/4 bathroom (sleeps 20!) condo/home is updated with new, luxury touches ... custom log beds, new mattresses, plush spa towels and bedding, new couches, new kitchen and in-house Starbucks with a Kuerig! Welcome to Tips Up, a residence in Golfside Condos at Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort. This first floor condo sits on the 18th hole of the Cedar River Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf and off the Purple Lift for skiing in/out. Enjoy the ease being situated right next door to the Lodge and it's amenities. The space also comes with use of the Lodge's outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and free shuttle bus between the 4 Villages and downtown Bellaire. We are located just 20 minutes from Torch Lake.

Ski-In/Walk-out Condo at Boyne Mountain

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located in Disciples Village at Boyne Mountain Resort. It is considered a ski-in/walk-out condo, as you can ski right back to the building (weather permitting), however you do have a short walk out to the Boyneland run. It includes all of the amenities that Boyne Mountain has to offer (additional costs my be required), including skiing/snowboarding, tubing, waterpark, restaurants, tennis courts, 2 golf courses, Deer Lake beach access with boat rentals, etc.

Loons’ Nest Landing is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo on beautiful Crooked Lake, on sandy shoreline, with a private 3rd floor balcony for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. A community gas grill, tables and chairs, swings, and a fire pit are available to guests in the lakeside courtyard, or in winter settle in beside the condo’s electric fireplace to enjoy the frozen lake views and watch the ice fishing. Watch for bald eagles, loons, swans, and other wildlife!

Unit #121 at the base of Schuss Mountain

Unit 121 is located at the top of Schuss Mountain Lodge. It is within walking distance from some of Northern Michigan's best skiing and golfing. Not to mention, it's only 15 minutes away from Short's Brewery in Bellaire. Unit 121 is located on the second floor and there is not an elevator. This is a one room hotel-like unit. You can sleep four — two on a foldout and two on a queen bed — in the same room. Private bathroom. Very close to the ski hills.

My place is close to Lake Bellaire and has the use of private beach, Torch Lake is nearby, Traverse City (30 min), many great golf courses, skiing in winter (Schuss Mountain), mountain biking (Glacial Hills), Shorts Brewery, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views (stream behind condo), the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
