This one-bedroom Victorian flat is a 10-minute walk from Bath train station, the bus station and the city. Includes large living room, double bedroom, galley kitchen and bathroom. If you have a car, a digital permit will be supplied once the Reg No. is given. We cannot guarantee close parking because the parking bays are dependent on availability. Approx 10 steps lead up to the house. Bypass the main door to find a private entrance with the key lock. Steps then lead down to the main flat door.

In a previous life, the building was a skittle alley for The Lamb Inn but that rang time in the 1960s and is now our home. The units are a mix of country and modern, with oak beams and doors and atmospheric lighting. A stylish, light and comfy space with a homely feel, attention to detail and a little touch of luxury. Powlilea Cottage is a large, self-contained apartment, with a private entrance, attached to my home. There is adequate parking for 1 vehicle and access to my garden to sit and relax. The property is on a quiet country lane in Ditteridge but only a ten minute walk from the village of Box, close to the market town of Corsham, the National Trust village of Lacock and just 6 miles from Bath.
