Train station is 1 mile away Durham university is 1.6 mile away Durham university hospital is 2 mile away. We welcome dogs but please check them in when booking

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.
