For the serious walkers there is a wide variety of choice in all directions through Upper Slaughter, Lower Slaughter, Upper Rissington and Lower Rissington.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

A spacious self contained suite with a lounge area, single bedroom and en-suite shower room, it's the perfect retreat to escape to the countryside and explore what the beautiful Cotswolds has to offer. Please note, The Well House does not have a kitchen, but a kettle, microwave and fridge are provided along with crockery and cutlery.

Our private suite consists of 3 connecting rooms. Bedroom with double and single beds, lounge with sofa, TV, dining table and bathroom. Entry is via your own front door opening in to the lounge. Coffee/tea making facilities and small fridge only. No cooking facilities but crockery available for take-aways. Situated in a very quite cul-de-sac yet just minutes from Bourton-on-the-Water high street. Dogs welcome with own bedding.
