A peaceful rural retreat for couples, with walks from the door and being only a short drive away from the stunning Northumberland National Park and Heritage Coastline AONB. Dene Cottage is in Callaly, a quiet hamlet in the beautiful Northumberland countryside, 2 miles from the picturesque village of Whittingham and conveniently located between the towns of Alnwick and Rothbury (each 15 mins drive away). Nearest pub 5 miles, restaurant 5 miles, shop 5 miles. Public transport (bus) 2 miles away.

The Sun Cottage - Alnmouth

Ideally located in the centre of Alnmouth just a 5 minute walk from the beach, golf course and lots of walking and cycling tracks. The ‘Sun Cottage’ as it is affectionately known has recently had a modern makeover. With a south facing entrance and terrace guests can enjoy a drink in the sun well into the afternoon. Guests have sole access to the entire property including the adjoining garage which can be used for storage. Alnmouth offers an amazing selection of pubs, bars and restaurants.

Wildhope View: A detached, characterful, stone cottage - especially for two. Located in the historic hamlet of Bilton, a stone’s throw away from the vibrant village of Alnmouth. A wonderful spot from which to explore the rugged Northumbrian coastline, idyllic countryside and magnificent, enchanted castles. Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

Perfect for active family holidays and just a stone throw from the popular ‘Fishing Boat Inn’ . The ideal location for heavenly coastal walks to traditional pubs serving the local sea food. A beautiful, modern and tastefully converted stone barn retaining much of its original character and charm. The Stable is one of 3 holiday cottages converted from the former farm buildings of Bog Mill Farm. Each cottage is completely self contained with their own individual gardens, entrances and parking spaces. Bog Mill is no longer a working farm.
