The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. New house built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. Apartman se sastoji od prostrane spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetom, opremljene kuhinje u sklopu dnevnog boravka( gdje se nalazi još jedan pomoćni krevet), kupaonice i terase sa pogledom na more.
