315 HouseVery comfortable 2 bedroom house with a queen bed and 2 single beds. Use with 2, 3 or 4 people. Downtown 8 blocks away and many eating places 1 mile away or closer. With extended stays, having the dishes, pots and pans, and able to make your meals is a plus. The street that runs in front of the house has alternate side parking so I ask you to park in the rear by the garage.

My place is about two blocks from High trestle bike trail access. Centrally located between Ames and Des Moines . Our place has one or two private rooms on the upper level,good for couples and families.Entire upper level is yours to use along with small kitchen ,full bath - (a nook for the kids at no extra charge,please request)We also have garage space for bikes! Just let me know in advance so I can give you a key! We share parking in the drive and also have on the street parking.
Here in Boone we have the Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad with a train ride that takes you high above the Des Moines River. Also with this is the Dinner Train and a Polar express ride. We also have the Boone Speedway here with races every weekend thru the summer. We are 15 miles from Iowa State University with everything that goes on at ISU. Also have the High Trestle Trail Bike path that crosses high above the Des Moines River. Farm progress show every other year is located just outside Boone.

Honey creek golf course is close as well as the Boone race track. Ride a train in town or ski and snowboard just down the road lots of fun things to do around here! relax or hang out with friends and family. 5 miles west of Boone just off Highway 30, this cute and cozy space offers upscale privacy on a wooded lot within 30 minutes of Ames and 50 minutes from Des Moines. This is a guest house on the same lot as the owners, so pride of ownership abounds. It was originally built for the owners' parents and is universally accessible including extra wide doors, fully accessible kitchen and roll-in shower.
