Cozy private guest apartment (990 sf) with use of lakeshore and seasonal dock (June-September). Two private bedrooms, full kitchen, dining & washer/dryer. 8.6 miles to town. Only 35 minutes to Schweitzer parking. Walking trails, skiing and golf nearby. Lots of wildlife. This unit is suited to people who enjoy outdoor recreation. StarLink internet access.There is a flight of stairs to access the apartment not suitable for wheelchair access. Please no Smoking, Pets, Parties or unregistered guests!

Chapel by the Pier

A converted artist studio filled with stained-glass windows salvaged from a local church, Chapel by the Pier lives up to its name. Located just down the street from Third Street Pier, a favorite South Sandpoint swimming hole, the space is also within easy walking distance of downtown. Stroll, or hop on one of the two provided bicycles, to nearby restaurants, bars and boutiques. Few places offer this level of character in such a central location, and all furnishings and appliances are brand new.

Priest Lake - Northern Exposure

Sophisticated living space, newly constructed in the woods at Priest Lake. Beaches and resorts 5-20 minute drive away. Grocery/gas 10 minute drive. 3 minutes from Snowmobile Parking. 2 night minimum stay August 25th - June 30th except Holiday Weekends 3 night minimum stay July 1st - August 24 Pets and additional $20 a night. Dogs only please. Whether this is your first trip to Priest Lake or your annual destination, I would be happy to share insight on local flavor and roads less traveled.

The House of Sun, Serene Retreat near River + Hike

Slow down in a private guesthouse tucked into the North Idaho forest, 20 minutes from Sandpoint and the Schweitzer shuttle. A wood-fired sauna, a huge deep soaking tub, a crackling fire pit, and total quiet — this is a rustic homestead escape for couples and small families who want to unplug. It's an easy walk/ride to downtown. Third Street Pier is close by to cool off on hot summer days. Mountain biking in Syringa is only a 10 minute ride and other options for mountain biking located close by as well. Schweitzer is about 20-25 minutes door to door. Public bus stop less than one block away.
