When it’s cooler the radiant floor heat will keep your toes cozy. If you want more heat, turn the sauna on and have a sweat. Studio311 is detached from the main home providing privacy. It’s on the second story of a building on our property. The room offers a queen size bed, internet, bathroom with a stand up shower, Smart 55” TV, small fridge, kitchenette. Ductless split air system to regulate the temperature. Tankless hot water heater for your hot water needs.

North End cottage- Amazing Location- Updated!

This beautiful, backyard cottage is located in Boise's North End. Camel's Back Park and miles of trails are just out the back gate and a short walk brings you to the Boise Co-op and wine shop or Hyde Park's food, coffee and shops. I provide 2 bikes for guest use. Please note; my minimum stay is 2 nights and there is no TV in the cottage. If you want to bring your dog, please read the "other things to note" for details and contact me to let me know. I don’t allow cats in the cottage.

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 2 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

Rest, relax & recharge at 3 Palms guest apartment located on private road above garage. The property is surrounded by forest with lots of wildlife & river views. Meander down to the Middlefork of the Payette River where there is a private beach & swimming hole. Great place to inner tube in the summer months. The bedroom boasts custom king size log bed & furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, free Wifi, & Roku flat screen TV. Access to hot tub & wood burning sauna to end out your day.
