The main cottage is set in 2 acres of garden and woodland, The annex offers comfortable accommodation, opening onto a courtyard area for BBQ's. A comfy double bed, with modern but VERY small shower room. There is also a separate area with leather sofa, tea/coffee making, fridge and toaster (not a full kitchen). TV, DVD and good Wi FI. Only 200 yards from start of the Camel Trail at Wenford Bridge with the Snails Pace cafe serving great food. Great for cyclists and walkers. Beaches 20 mins

Set 20 mins from north coast and 20 mins from south coast, this is perfect location for exploring cornwall. Separate bedroom, full cooking facilities, private decking area, hot tub, fire bowl/ bbq. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
