If you'll be traveling with your horses, the property also has horse lots with loafing sheds and horse arenas - available at an additional cost. Please inquire about pricing and availability. Enjoy a rural setting in the heart of cowboy country. Room to bring a horse and relax in quiet while being able to travel to many amenities surrounding Stephenville, Texas. (We're 2 miles out of town) Our new tiny home has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Come enjoy a fire outside, sit on the porch, or go for a ride in the area. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval. This includes a $20 pet fee. Up to 3 horses allowed with pre-approval and horse fee.

We've even got a coffee and tea bar for your convenience. Our soaking tub and shower are big enough for two, and don't forget to visit your own private hot tub under the gazebo. Bluebonnet Cabin also has a hanging day bed on the front porch; it's perfect for snuggling with your favorite person.

Enjoy your stay in Stephenville at our peaceful and stylish studio apartment. Located on our property, you'll have access to our private backyard and all of its amenities including a workout space, koi pond, fireplace and grill. This newly built space (April 2023) is furnished with brand new appliances, a full kitchen, refurbished wood floors and high ceilings. Within walking distance of Tarleton State University, it is ideal for parents or alumni. We look forward to your stay!

The RV is equipped with an all seasons insulation package, cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. Located next to our home’s extended patio. You’re own private driveway and entrance for convenient access. You’re welcomed with delicious chocolate chip cookies! I personally clean and detail the space so it is spotless for each and every guest!

This charming little cottage is new construction, designed in the “industrial farmhouse chic” style. It’s the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing country adventure.
