Absolute beach front large holiday home. Well set up for families. Large outdoor entertaining deck. Two living areas. No road to cross to iconic One Mile Beach. The ultimate beach house. Leave the car in the drive way, grab your surfboards and relax. Dog friendly (by request) but please note yard is not fenced. Please be honest about the number of guests at the time of booking - if additional guests stay without permission they may be asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee applied.

Sea Pearl is situated in the middle of Boomerang Beach on the high dune, overlooking the beach and the ocean beyond. The home consists of three levels. The top level encompasses open plan kitchen/living/ dining, overlooking the ocean to the back and national park to the front. The middle level has 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites. 3rd bedroom has an additional set of bunkbeds for children. Garage has parking for 2 cars and an extra fridge. There is beach access via steps from the back garden.

Paddle across to Cellito Beach or take a short drive to one of the stunning local beaches in this area from dog friendly Seal Rocks to Elizabeth Beach.
