Stabburet har strøm, men ikke innlagt vann eller toalett. Gjester kan bruke dusj og toalett i hovedhuset som ligger 30 m unna. Her kan man nyte rolige dager ved fjorden eller man har et godt utgangspunkt for å komme seg rundt på de mange severdighetene og aktivitetene området har å by på. Hytten kan brukes hele året, sommer som vinter. Det tar ca. 10 minutter med bil til Stryn sentrum. Til Loen Skylift ca. 15-20 minutter.
