Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

The Granary is a beautifully converted Lincolnshire barn, bursting with character and the perfect location from which to explore this historic county. Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, the Granary forms one side of the original yard and stables.

The Art Shed, a rural brick barn

The Art Shed is a rennovated brick barn in a quiet, rural location just a 20 min drive from the centre of Lincoln. The barn is split into three rooms: A large studio area with a vaulted ceiling containing seated areas, a kitchen and a sturdy work bench with a sink. A bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a step-in shower, toilet, sink, heated-mirror and shaving socket. Outside there is a patio with an adjacent dedicated parking space and space behind it for a second car.

The Old Surgery

The Old Surgery is a self-contained annexe in a quiet location, with its own garden, private parking and EV charging facility, fifteen minutes from the medieval city of Lincoln. The surgery is set in the grounds of our family home - a house lived in by generations of village doctors from 1890 until 2004 - with a narrow gauge railway and small private museum housing the Heywood Collection of Victorian steam locomotives and rolling stock, which guests are welcome to visit.
