A bright & happy house. It has a lot to offer families, friends & couples. The living room is spacious. Brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom with shower and bath. I have a huge king size bed in the main room and a bunk bed in the second room. Outside yard with table and chairs. Llanberis has a choice of cafe’s, shops, pubs and restaurants. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

There is so much to explore from our doorstep such as ancient castles, majestic mountains and lakes, steam railways, Portmeirion, Zip-world and much more. We even have the Heritage Steam Railway and a pub within walking distance.

The quiet side of Snowdon. Bryn Derwen is close (2 miles & 3 miles respectively) to the start of the Snowdon Ranger & Rhyd Ddu paths to the summit - without the crowds! Bryn Derwen is a self catering, mid terraced cottage, between Caernarfon and Beddgelert in the Snowdonia National Park. It is spacious with dining/kitchen & pantry, south facing sitting room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The gardens front & back, offer superb views of river & mountains and the Welsh Highland Railway.
