Beide sind hinsichtlich Grundriss und Ausstattung identisch und erfüllen überdurchschnittlich hohe Ansprüche. Sie sind per PKW und ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Viele Parkgelegenheiten auf dem Grundstück. Div. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Für Entspannung und Sport können Gartenmöbel, Spielgeräte, Bikes und Paddelboote kostenlos genutzt werden. Und die Berliner City ist ganz nahe!

Gut verbunden, aber dennoch fern ab vom Berliner Großstadttrubel liegt unser kleines Gästehaus. Mitten im Wald und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Müggelsee entfernt, bietet unser Haus die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub im Grünen oder für Tagesausflüge in die Stadt. Auf 30m² finden bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad und Kaminofen, sollten keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Wir freuen uns darauf Sie in Müggelheim willkommen zu heißen.

My festival style home is right in the middle of the action with bars, cafes and restaurants all along the street and close to one of the main train stations means you are nearly everywhere in Berlin in 15mins. The Apartment is extremely sunny especially in winter with lots of windows and nice big view across to the water and filled with art, antiques and curiosities you have the feeling of being in a quiet private treasure nest nestled above the bustling action of the city.

Die MONOCEROS hat alles, was man für eine kuschelige Auszeit und romantische Abende braucht. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Bar für 4 Personen, Kamin und einem großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Ein bequemes Klappbett für zwei und eine Couch bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man zügig nach Berlin Mitte und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Ich kann selbstverständlich bei der Planung von Berlin Trips und Ausflügen beratend zur Seite stehen. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage erlaubt.
