THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am ! * All towels and bedding provided by me :)

Welcome to our private downstairs apartment, an ideal retreat for families seeking a short-term or extended stay. This is the perfect choice to explore all that Dungog and surrounding areas have to offer. Venture into our native garden, overlooking the picturesque Williams River. Indulge in fishing, go for a swim, or embark on a kayak. You may even catch a glimpse of our adorable local platypus. A fifteen-minute stroll will lead you to Dungog's Main Street, with shops, cafes, and attractions.

Nestled in the outskirts of the wonderful NSW country town of Stroud, on a 15-acre boutique vineyard, protected beneath the escarpment of Peppers Mountain & bounded by pristine Mill Creek. Enjoy everything the country has to offer with a swim in the creek and a fire pit under the stars. Or if you prefer the finer things in life, a hot tub overlooking the vines, air-conditioning inside, and much more.

With a wrap-around balcony on two sides, the view from both inside & outside takes in glimpses of Barrington Tops National Park to the north, expansive views of surrounding farms, valleys & hills to the east & south, and the township of Dungog below. The native birds at dusk are a delight. "The Birdnest" is ideal for up to 2 couples, or a family of 4 (or 5?).

Purposely built and completed in March 2022, the studio offers 5 star luxury in a stunning rural setting. Wake up to breathtaking country views. Put your feet up and enjoy a relaxing drink on your own private terrace. Take in the many unique features of the Hunter Valley and the world heritage Barrington Tops. Please bring your own choice of food. There is a microwave & cooktop.

Ideal for a romantic weekend away. This cabin has a pull out lounge if you are travelling with friends. There is other accommodation on the 100 acre property but they are well set out to provide privacy.

115Dowling - The Old Bank Managers Residence

Recently renovated and located right in the centre of town this large upstairs apartment is perfect for family or group bookings. Quality linen is provided to ensure a most comfortable stay and the living space is well equipped with full sink, coffee/tea making facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave and frying pan. There is not a full kitchen within the apartment but there is an outdoor BBQ area in the large backyard which also gives plenty of space to store items and let the kids play!

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property.
