We're located 5 minutes from some beautiful trailheads for hiking, and 10-15 minutes from Fairhaven and Bellingham for food, shops, etc. A cozy nook to shower, write, reflect, drink some tea or coffee, and get a good rest before your next adventure. The Walnut Hut

Unique and tranquil getaway. The Walnut hut is a cozy rustic cabin on our 9 acre permaculture biodynamic farm. Peaceful country setting. We are about 6 miles from Bellingham, Lynden and Ferndale, and 17 miles from the Canadian border. Seasonal Farmstand. Farm tours available by appointment. Bathroom with shower in a nearby building, and an outdoor kitchen usually available April thru October. Microwave and fridge available year round.

Guest House—200sq ft (B&B-permit USE2o18oo1o)

We built the Tiny Guest House for friends and family and love sharing the space with people traveling to Bellingham. The tiny house is within walking distance of both WWU (1.0 mile) and downtown (0.8 miles). The Guest House is quite small (200sf); it has a queen bed in the loft and a full sized futon on the main floor. And while it has NO kitchen, we do offer a microwave, mini fridge, and keurig coffee, tea and cocoa machine.
