Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. You will never want to leave this place, the view of the lake is breathtaking from this lake house. We offer 2 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed, the guest room has 2 twins. There are 2 full baths, a study with a couch and drop dead views of the lake, along with a wonderful den, dining room with dining table for six, complete kitchen and full utility room. Please be aware our home is not handicap accessible....
