Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Cozy & clean is our theme! We are a family who love being outdoors. We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! This special place is close to everything, INTERSTATE 49 is within one mile, (three miles to Razorback Stadium/Bud Walton & U of A campus, five miles to Dickson Street). With a pool (in season, May-September open/close dates vary, new hot tub that seats 6 and new GRILL with a tent to cover if it rains. Enjoy the waterfall (in season) near the Cabana and TIKI Bar. Inside is just as cozy. If you plan on bringing your dog, please let me know (limit 2 max).

Covered porches allow you to relax under the pines no matter what the weather. Amenities: Cable TV, In-room refrig & micro, coffee pot, climate control, on-site parking, community campfire/hammocks. Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee.
