It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

A short drive from a small market store with fresh fruits, veggies and baked goods (Les Digues) as well as a seafood market (Joe Caissie). Shediac and Parlee Beach Provincial Park are just an eighteen minute drive while for larger amenities Moncton is only 25 minutes from the cottage.
