Do Water Sports From a Modern Beach House With a Hot Tub

Awaken in a handcrafted driftwood bed refreshed and ready for a day at the seaside. The main floor has double-height ceilings and large windows where light cascades in to illuminate a modern, airy space. Open sliding doors to let in fresh ocean air. Sand Dancer was built in 2017 and shares communal grassy areas with its neighbours. There’s a South facing private deck with a hot tub. Most of the neighbours are also holiday homes; respecting each other’s space is important. A car is recommended to access the area’s places of interest, although trains & buses run locally too. A visitor folder gives lots more information on outings. Although we live some distance from the house, we are available by phone. We also have local support from our excellent house keeping team. The house is in Beadnell, an unspoilt fishing village on the Northumbrian coast, close to the shops in Seahouses. Bottlenose dolphins are often seen during boat trips. The area is rich in imposing castles, Neolithic rock art, and outdoor activities. The best way to see as much as possible & make the most of your visit, is by car. Sky TV full package is provided Smart TV. Cycles to be kept in the secure outside store. No cycles in the house. Hot tub to be used as guests’ folder explains. (Not to be used with fake tan) Private deck area is not suitable for disposable BBQs as they would damage it (made from recycled materials). However, the beach or paved area is perfect for them! Please do not allow children to use the smart lock. Repeated incorrect entries will disable it for a time & can set off the tamper alarm. The Nissen Hut - Westfield Farm

New this season, this contemporary and modern Nissen Hut offers luxury accommodation on the stunning coastline of Northumberland. Situated between Seahouses and Bamburgh it is the perfect base to explore this outstanding area of beauty. Alnwick is within 20 minutes distance and Berwick within half an hour. Our Nissen hut was an original old building on our farm and has gone under a complete transformation to the highest standard. Sleeps up to two guests and has all the amenities you will need.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Pet friendly detached bungalow very close to beach

This detached pet friendly bungalow is located very close to the beach and offers three double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en suite shower/wc, along with a family bathroom with bath. There is a comfortable sitting room with dining area along with a modern fitted kitchen. Externally there is a totally enclosed rear lawned garden, an integrated single garage, and off street parking. Within a short stroll there are three excellent pub/restaurants and a well stocked village shop.

Moonraker set into the hillside - Hot Tub

Moonraker is our cosy narrowboat for luxury glamping, set into the hillside with views all around and Dark Skies which you can enjoy from the Hot Tub, All linen and towels provided. Shower and toilet in the bow of the boat. Kitchen with everything you would need. Fire pit, bbq, garden furniture outside. 5 minute drive to our local pub for bar meals, 10 minutes to the coast & Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Please note there is an additional charge for use of the hottub .

The Lookout @ 3 Cliff House

The Lookout is a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor flat with a mini balcony, boasting uninterrupted, majestic views. Direct access to the coastal path and overlooking Seahouses Harbour and the Farne Islands, with Bamburgh Castle and even Holy Island visible in the distance. A perfect place from which to explore this dramatic and stunning coast. I'm afraid we are unable to accept pets. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car.

Poppy Cottage Embleton

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the centre of the picturesque village of Embleton on the North Northumberland Coast. Poppy Cottage sleeps 4 plus cot in two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both bedrooms are upstairs. Family bathroom with bath and over bath shower, the bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room. Small enclosed gated patio/garden to the front of the property.

The Byre, Bog Mill Cottages, edge of Alnwick

The Byre at Bog Mill, Alnwick is situated down a quarter mile private track and overlooks the River Aln, on the outskirts of Alnwick and three miles from beach. A spacious self contained cottage for two with double bedroom. Open plan living area with feature arched windows overlooking the garden. Safe parking is adjacent to the cottage and secure storage for bicycles is available. WiFi is free of charge within the cottage. No smoking. No pets.

Herringbone Cottage

My place is close to the seafront, the beach, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the accessibility of being close to everything that you need on holiday. After a great day walking or playing on the beach followed by fish and chips, there is nothing better than snuggling up in front of the wood burning stove. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).

Beadnell Bay Cottage, Northumberland.

Beadnell Bay Cottage, located in the beautiful village of Beadnell. The village has fantastic local pubs and restaurants. This is an excellent base with Beadnell bay and the stunning Northumberland coastline just a 5/10 minute walk away. One well behaved dog allowed. Although the living space is all on one level there is a step to get into the cottage and into the garage to access the garden. Message me if dates not available
