Relax in our cozy farmhouse. Home is older that comes along with squeaky stairs and charm of an older home. Great location that is walkable to grocery (Whole Foods, Walmart, Target) restaurants, and coffee. Close to everything but tucked into a nice neighborhood. Absolutely NO animals or service dogs due to health issues. For weekend bookings we require a 2 night stay. Also, please note that the bathroom is upstairs not on main level. We also just got a pack and play for guest with infants.

This cute little century home (1000 sq. ft.) is located on a quiet street just steps from the shops and restaurants in the village. Park your car and walk to the falls, grab a bite to eat, and explore. Back at the house, grab a book and read on the covered front porch, or relax in the sun on the back deck. The lower level yard has a fire ring to roast marshmallows and a circular staircase leading up to a playhouse for the kids. This cozy spot is the perfect place to be to explore Chagrin Falls!

The Bronson Barn is located on the grounds behind the home that was originally owned by H.V. Bronson who initially plotted the town of Peninsula. Nestled in the heart of the park, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, train depot and bike rental.
