A board fence encloses a large outdoor patio with jacuzzi/dining table/sunbathing area. The front entrance is among flowering trees and shrubs. 5 minute walk to Teeth of Dog, hotel, spa, resort shuttle. 10-minute walk to equestrian; 5 minutes by cart to beach, pools. The house is older but very comfortable.
