Estimats hostes, El castell d’aigua es troba a la perifèria d’Irmelshausen, un poble típic francònic amb església, castell i cases entramades a la regió ecològica model Rhön-Grabfeld. L’apartament és ideal per a famílies, grups i seminaris. Té mobles antics i un encant elegants i exclusius. Com que el castell té més de 500 anys, no espereu un estàndard de nova construcció, sinó l’ambient de murs antics. Si valoren això, us encantarà! Sentiu-vos com a casa al nostre apartament de vacances amb un ambient únic i exclusiu. Oferim el nostre Bel Étage a la torre de defensa històrica, d’uns 200 m², al 2n pis. Dispone de dos dormitoris grans tipo suite (180x200 i 200x200), on es poden afegir llits per a nadons, i dos dormitoris de 24 m² amb un llit king size (180x200) i un llit individual gran (120x200). També hi ha una cuina gran, un bany exclusiu, sala d’estar i menjador, i unes vistes magnífiques. Amb la taula llarga per a 12 persones, podeu sopar conjuntament reservant ambdues cases de vacances. A petició oferim caixes de jocs infantils, puzles, Duplo, Lego, llibres, cuina de joguina i bicicletes segons l’edat. Al pati interior hi ha una zona lounge, una taula blanca tipus bierta, un fumador i un foc de camp per a nits suaus. També es pot utilitzar el parc amb la caseta de jocs, tobogan, sorral i trampolí del nostre fill. La cuina recentment renovada disposa de combinació frigorífic-congelador, rentavaixelles, forn amb placa d’inducció i forn convencional.

Historic, lovingly renovated, bright and quiet flat on two floors in Egloffstein castle. The flat can only be accessed via the idyllic courtyard. In the entrance area: dining room and kitchen. The cosy living room/bedroom has a wood-burning stove and leads to the battlements, high above the valley. The bedroom and bathroom, as well as 2 additional beds, are located on the upper floor. The flat is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or climbing the rocks in the immediate vicinity.
