The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Naši nedavno renovirani apartmani idealni su za goste koji, uživajući u odmoru, žele osjetiti svu udobnost vlastitog doma. Svi apartmani orijentirani su jug-sjever pa imaju krasan pogled na more, plažu i otoke. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
