Die Villa verfügt über kostenlose Privatparkplätze, WLAN, Klima und besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Badezimmern, einem Wohnzimmer sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich familienfreundliche Kies- und Sandstrände, Restaurants, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Stadt Zadar ist ca. 20 km entfernt.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
