Not too far from the Provincial Capitol & Hospital. There is a bakery & grocery just a few steps away from the suite. Safe parking, & with cctv outside. We have new nipa kubo hut outside the unit to hang out and bbq if you wish to. Free to use, but just clean up after using it.
