Our place is located close to the Mekong River, center of historical town, 15 to 20 min to Boat Pier, Train Station and Airport. Restaurants, Cafés with sunset river terraces, Bakery, small shops and Laundry in walking distance. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The bedrooms incl. bathrooms are situated on two levels. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and is upstairs. A 2 single bed bedroom in Ground Floor. No Pets. No smoking indoors.

This traditional Lao house was built in 1928 in a village on the road to Vientiane. Like many homes of its era, it had fallen into disrepair as wooden houses were replaced by modern cement buildings. Fortunately, this rare piece of heritage was preserved. In April 2025, the house was carefully relocated to town and rebuilt piece by piece. Today, we invite you to experience a rare stay in one of Laos’ oldest traditional houses while visiting Luang Prabang.

Located in the heart of Luang Prabang old town, next to Xiengthong Temple, and close to Mekong and Nam Khan Rivers. The guests can easily walk to Night Market, Royal Palace Museum (5-10 Minutes). The cleaning service is 2 times a week, free unlimited WiFi.
