Sweeping up the curved staircase you reach a reception area leading to the bedrooms. To the left there is a a doubleroom en suite, and two bedrooms with one more bathroom, to the right. The property has magnificent views accross the rolling landscape of island Mallorca. The house from 2014 will have a pool of 4.5 x 10 meters long, with area to sit and relax, extend the terraces, with more than 40 meters, will construct a new outdoor shower.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
