Nestled in a resort-style setting, you'll enjoy free access to a range of amenities, including two sparkling pools (indoor and outdoor), a relaxing therapeutic spa/hot tub, and a well-equipped fitness room. Located just minutes from the pristine sands of Sunset Beach as well as restaurants, shops, and local golf courses. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building and does not have an elevator.

Original beachfront cottage on Holden Beach, just steps from the sand and water. Enjoy the dolphins and shorebirds from the rockers on the covered porch. Cozy studio has been completely renovated with thoughtful amenities. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee (Keurig), condiments, spices, and premium cookware. No stairs to climb, level walkway, and a fully fenced yard are ideal for children, pets (fee applies), and older guests. Fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels and chairs are provided.

Located one block from Bird Island, 12th row on the west end, this newly renovated split level cottage, pairs urban luxury with the comfort of a boutique hotel. Sleeps 8 comfortably with plenty of privacy for all; main floor offers open concept living and gourmet dining with a screened porch, two bedrooms & bath with laundry. Upstairs, you'll find both a Master King and Queen bedroom with sliding doors from both to a private upper deck.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. This centrally-located, dog-friendly, single-level home will have you creating perfect days in no time! Newly remodeled in 2022. Less than 2 miles to the beach, minutes away from restaurants, and several golf courses within reach! Inside you will find hardwood floors, an open living/kitchen area with plenty of room to gather, and a charming adjacent room that includes a table that seats six. TVs in every room with streaming, and Serta mattresses to ensure a blissful nights sleep!

Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.
