Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt günstig im südlichen Oberbayern im Landkreis Miesbach in einem Biobauernhof. Die Region hat viel zu bieten: Berge und zahlreiche Seen, wundervolle Natur, aber auch architektonisch interessante Städte und Bauwerke. All das wartet geradezu auf Ihre Outdoorabenteuer, Entdeckungen und Besichtigungen. Kostenloses WLAN ist vorhanden, ebenso Parkplätze. Besonderes Highlight der Wohnung ist die Sauna und Whirlpool im Garten. Auch unsere Shetty's freuen sich über einen Besuch.

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
