This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). City ferry, bus and train port is also less than 10 minutes walk distance. Car parking is mostly on the street and it is free of charge. Airport is 25 minutes car distance from Apt.

Apartment is located in a quiet position, 5 minutes walk from the Bacvica beach, 7 minutes to Ferry and Bus station and 10 minutes from the Diocletian´s Palace. Apartment has one bedroom, a living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Air conditioning is in hallway, enough for all rooms. You cant find a better location for your stay in Split. The train station, the bus station, and the ferry are only 5 minutes away, as is the city center and the most popular Split beach "Bačvice". You can find free parking space in the neighborhood. The apartment is very spaceious with 3 big rooms. The view of the old town and Marjan hill is amazing, and you can choose one of 2 balconies to enjoy it.
