Secluded shoreline artist's bothy

Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. Enjoy the tranquillity of the West Highlands and the amazing views from the large bedroom windows. Ideal for friends or a family of four there are two spacious bedrooms, a lounge/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. Please note that we live on the ground floor and share the front door and hall with guests.

CaRHUvan is in the spacious garden of Rhu Cottage our home which we previously rented out before we moved in permanently in 2017. CaRHUvan is at the side of the house sitting with pride of place on her own raised decking offering great views of the sea. You have your own entrance with a further decking area at the front of the property for enjoying those spectacular Arisaig sunsets.
