Cute older house with modern amenities. Located right downtown within a block from the playpark, Lake Wailes lake, walking path, and the historic downtown shopping area. All of the appliances in the home are brand new, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a large TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom - each with Roku and Netflix. Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport.

Lovely home with private botanical gardens right in Sun N Lakes. Just minutes to Advent Health & Highlands Hospital, restaurants and the raceway. Only a mile from the Golf Course. The master has a tile walk-in shower & doors leading to a secluded deck. Split floor plan as the second bedroom has a private entrance and bathroom with shower. The gardens surrounding the home have quiet sitting areas for unwinding after a long day, and a fire pit area.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio !! You will have your own private entrance. The studio is connected to the main house, but you are guaranteed complete privacy . Enjoy the 1 bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen. The bed is a king size bed and there is a twin floor mattress . The studio has its own washer and dryer. In addition, you can walk to all the nearby restaurants and heritage park on Mainstreet!

Bring your kids and pets to this spacious lake house in a quiet neighborhood. Boat, fish, jet ski, kayak, or just relax by the lake. This is a great lakefront home on beautiful Lake Letta a 478 acre lake. Face west for beautiful sunsets and great view of undeveloped land nature at it's best. The home is very open and spacious with family room, with wet bar, beautiful stone fireplace, and mid-sized pool table. internet is also offered, as well as you tube tv and Amazon Prime streaming packages.
