Condo with Pool and Spa

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor with few stairs. Two bedroom each with a king size bed. The Master suite has a bathroom attached and a modern convertible sofa bed should you need a little extra space, portable Air Conditioner and TV. The second bedroom has a stand up fan and located across the hall from the 2nd bathroom. The Livingroom has a sleeper sofa couch that pulls out large Smart TV

Two- bedroom, two bath w/showers. Great floor plan with few steps to condo. Livingroom (with pull out bed), dining room. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes should you desire a home cooked meal. Private patio with BBQ for outside dining. It's a block to the restaurants, bars, and shopping. Easy walk to and from the Ferry boat. There is an app called circuit ride, through the city of Avalon for an inexpensive ride around town . Download it and make sure to book online ahead of time a bit because they are busy . Some people rent golf carts for an hour to get use to the town . It's a comfortable half-mile walk to almost anywhere!.

2 bed, 2 bath CONDO with PACIFIC OCEAN VIEW on Catalina Island, just 23 miles from Sunny Los Angeles. HAMILTON COVE is a great idea for a mini-getaway to soak up SUN and WATER. No Handicap Access.
