Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. The Layout of Roland is all on the bottom level, except one of the bedrooms with one queen bed. Meet our friendly farm animals they absolutely love the attention.

Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring.
