The one bedroom apartment features a spacious bedroom with Queen bed, a separate lounge with sofa bed, dining and kitchen area, and a bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Help yourself to a morning coffee from the room's Nespresso bar or go for a morning swim at the rooftop pool and gym. There's also a sauna, spa, tennis court and restaurant on site.

Cosy Central Space, w own entrance & ensuite

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance & a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car in the carport The room has a double bed & fridge w tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work is being carried out on the section next door to us which may result in some construction noise during the week. This will be completed by January 2027. Please take this into account when booking

You are right on the water, a short stroll to the shops and cafes, or just enjoying sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the water. 1 secure car park to use.
