Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Vous trouverez un arrêt de tram au coin de la rue et le métro le plus proche (Simonis) vous emmènera au centre ville en 10 minutes. Vous pouvez aussi facilement garer votre voiture dans le quartier.

All the basics are there: bedlinen, towels, soap, coffee, sugar and herbs ... There is a private carport and a storage for bikes. Baasrode is next to Vlassenbroek and Kastel, an amazing bike and walk area!
