We are located within two blocks of Conneaut Township Park, the beach and the marina. We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio. This beautiful guest house is located on the property of Vincent William Wine Restaurant, Inn, and Wine Bar in Grand River Valley Wine Region. With a beach, close proximity to many area Wineries, Geneva on the lake, and other tourist attractions, the Guest House is the most ideal place for all your getaway fun. kayaks are also available upon request. Take a 5 min walk and enjoy an ice cream shop, or the several restaurants and bars.

The Harbor House is located in the heart of the Ashtabula Harbor and with a few steps you will be on Bridge Street. Our newly renovated house has 2 Bedrooms, a den (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for your convenience.
