The Loft

This space is warm and cozy during our cold northern Maine winters and air conditioned for those few 90 degree days in July and August. We cater to hunters, fishermen, snowmobilers, and leaf peepers. The mbr has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin. Guests will have a beautiful view of Portage Lake and surrounding areas. For moose hunters, we are located in zone 2 with a short drive to zones 3,5 and 6. Snowmobilers love the easy access to ITS85 and ITS90.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on the St. John River at the crown of Maine. Recently constructed as our retirement getaway, we decided it was too nice not to share with others to enjoy as well. It offers a perfect location for nature lovers, ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts, waterfowl, deer, moose, bear hunters and more! An American bald eagle's nest is located close enough you can sit on the 40' deck that's facing the river and enjoy watching them.

CABIN #2 - We offer clean comfortable, all-season cabins located in the quite countryside of northern Maine. This Cabin has WiFi satellite tv, Heat/AC, hot water, plenty of parking and quick access to atv/snowmobile/hiking trails. This cabin has a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, air fryer, and all cooking utensils. All cabins have use of outside pavilion with fireplace and grill.

Stay on the lake and make this cozy studio apartment a home base for all your Northern Maine adventures! This is a self-contained unit above a detached garage.
