It is secluded and your views are unspoilt by neighbours. The hut is located just outside the lovely cathedral city of Lichfield, fantastic for history but also eating and drinking. Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
