Lejligheden er 70 m2 med køkken, stue, badeværelse og to små soveværelser, det ene værelse har to enkelte gode senge, som står sammen 180x200 og det andet har en god seng 140 x 200 . Værelse 1 er med gennemgang til værelse 2! Udenfor indgangen er der havemøbler.
